City Spec’s Boiler Inspection Application Has Been Used Widely in New York City Since 1994
Glendale, New York -- January 4, 2008 --City Spec, Inc. today announced that it has launched a new company, Insparisk, to provide software and services for the national safety inspection industry.
Since 1992, City Spec has performed nearly 270,000 boiler inspections in New York City on behalf of building owners, property managers, governmental agencies, property & casualty insurance carriers and others.

City Spec’s boiler inspection application increases the efficiency and accuracy of the boiler inspection process and enables inspections to be filed electronically, as well as tracked and catalogued with digital photographs. All inspection information is easily accessible for customers online via the Internet. More than 100,000 inspections have been filed electronically at the New York City Department of Buildings (NYCDOB) since 1995.
The safety inspection industry that Insparisk will serve with its software and services includes boilers, elevators, escalators, fire detection/suppression systems, building facades, HVAC equipment, and electrical panels.
